Oven Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese

 3 large baking potatoes
 ½ cup margarine
 1 onion salt to taste
 lemon pepper
 Parmesan cheese


Scrub potatoes, but do not peel. Cut potatoes into 1⁄4 inch strips. Spread layers of potatoes into a baking dish. Dash liberally with onion salt, lemon pepper and parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until all potatoes are used. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
