Broccoli Casserole

 1 package of frozen chopped broccoli
 ½ can of cream of mushroom soup
 12 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
 1 egg well beaten
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 1 tbsp onion
 ½ cup cheese cracker crumbs
 salt and pepper to taste


Cook broccoli for 5 minutes, then drain well. Combine all other ingredients except crackers to make sauce. Combine broccoli and sauce, then pace in baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. *May be refrigerated or frozen before cooking. Do not substitute salad dressing for the mayonnaise*
