Baked Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce

Yields1 Serving

 2 ground beef
 1 green pepper finely chopped
 2 (10 3/4 oz) can of water
 1 ½ bread crumbs or quick oats
 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup or golden mushroom soup
 2-3 medium onions
 1 small can of tomato sauce
 2 eggs
 salt and pepper to tase


Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs (or oats), onions, green pepper, eggs and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Form mixture into meatballs, place in long baking dish. Mix mushroom soup with water and pour over the meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
